Baseball:
7th grade baseball will be at home tonight with a 7:00 PM start time.
8th grade baseball will be at home tonight with a 7:00 PM start time.
Softball:
7th Grade Softball will report to the GOAT Factory right after school. (2:50 Bus)
8th Grade Softball will play at Granite City at 7:00 PM. (Wilson Park, Diamond 8)
Cross Country:
Team pictures will be right after school. Please report to the MPR.
Practice will begin at 7:00 PM.
Football:
Team pictures will be right after school. Please report to the gym.
Practice will begin at 5:00 PM in the big gym.

Students who do not have the required health forms submitted by tomorrow morning will not be permitted to attend school until the forms have been received by the school.

Physical Exam: Due August 18, 2026
Required Immunizations (Tdap & Meningococcal): Due August 18, 2026
Dental Exam or Waiver: Due May 15, 2027
Please note: Students who are newly enrolled in Mascoutah School District 19 will have 30 days from their first day of attendance to provide the required health documentation. Students who were previously enrolled in Mascoutah School District 19 must have their physical and required immunization documentation submitted by August 18, 2026.
Completed records may be emailed to our school nurse at hodgee@msd19.org or dropped off at the Mascoutah Middle School main office.

Special clinic price: $25 on the clinic dates listed above.
Appointments are quick and convenient, and IHSA sports physical forms will be completed. Parents must provide consent for athletes under 18.
