Mrs. Grinter's pre-k classes finished their sign study unit by discussing the term interpreter. Students watched an ASL interpreter and listened to the national anthem. Students were then read a story in Spanish by Mrs. Larissa and Mrs. Grinter acted as the interpreter. #19EveryStudent

Wingate students and staff had fun dressing up like a tourist today as part of our PBIS theme day "Dress Like a Tourist." Remember, tomorrow is spirit day and Fall Festival! Students are encouraged to wear purple or their PBIS shirts. #19EveryStudent

Students in Mrs. Dayton's 4th grade class have been enjoying the bike unit in PE! #19EveryStudent

Wingate students have earned their first PBIS reward for their outstanding behavior in the hallways! Classes earned points by getting compliments from other teachers on their behavior. WES students will participate in a Fall Festival this Friday as their reward! Students should wear their PBIS shirts if purchased or purple and tennis shoes. #19EveryStudent


Second graders in Mrs. Bertrand's class at Wingate had fun playing a dice game to compare three digit numbers. #19EveryStudent





Next Thursday, September 30th will be "Dress Like a Tourist" day at Wingate to support our PBIS theme this year, which is "Positive Behavior is Your Passport to Success." All students and staff are invited to dress up. #19EveryStudent
