✨ Thank You, Mascoutah Elementary Community! ✨
Our first Annual GrandFriends Golden Dinner was an incredible success, and it’s all because of YOU! We were so excited to welcome over 800 people who came out to share a meal, enjoy time together, and celebrate community. 💜
This event would not have been possible without so many helping hands, but we want to give a special shoutout to:
1️⃣ The most amazing cooks in the land – our MES Kitchen Staff – who prepped, prepared, and served a delicious spaghetti dinner with so much care.
2️⃣ Our incredible Custodians who set the stage and made sure everything was ready for a great night.
3️⃣ The dedicated MHS Students who volunteered to help, even with their first home football game of the season that same night. 👏
4️⃣ Our amazing MES Front Office Staff – these ladies ALWAYS go above and beyond to make MES welcoming. They took this idea and truly brought it to life.
5️⃣ Our outstanding MES Teachers & Staff who worked hard all day teaching, then came right back to serve with heart and dedication. Unmatched!
We are so grateful for each and every one of you who helped make this night so special. 💜🐾🤍
We hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

🌟 A big shoutout to our amazing 4th graders! 🌟
They have been shining examples of Kindness, our August Character Word of the Month. 💙 We are so proud of the way they care for one another and spread positivity throughout MES! 💫👏

The students in Mrs. Suedmeyer's second grade class are learning routines and procedures for the classroom library. The first several weeks of school, teachers spend time practicing routines and procedures because they know how much more successful children are when they know these things. This is also a good time to sharpen routines at home - getting ready in the morning, getting ready for bed, completing homework, etc. #MESProud

Mascoutah Elementary students and families enjoyed the ProKids Show by Tim Hannig on Monday. Tim presented great character building messages intertwined with puppets, magic, jokes and tricks. #MESProud #19EveryStudent X(Twitter): @prokids Instagram: @theprokidsshow
