A Note from the Principals
We want to take this chance to say thank you to the parents and families of our students as we wrap up this last month of school. We are so thankful for your support in checking folders and agendas, helping with homework and to study for tests, volunteering in the building throughout the year, volunteering with PTO, attending field trips, dances, fun events and so much more. MES is one of the best schools in St. Clair County and that’s because of the great teamwork that takes place between school and home. We appreciate the support you give our staff and your children each day. Have a great summer and thank you for sharing your children with us! ~ Mrs. Enriquez and Mrs. Litteken
Field Day Schedule

If you feel you have money in your child’s lunch account please contact the Food Service at 618-448-0800. No money will be sent home with a student.
Internet Safety Week
Summer vacation is almost upon us. Your child may spend more time on the computer and other “smart” devices at home. In an effort to ensure that our students know how to safely use the Internet, we will continue to talk about Internet Safety during May. Students will hear about such topics as: cyber bullying, smart searching for information, keeping personal information private, discerning good sites from bad ones, talking to others safely while online, and respecting the creativity of others--Copyright law. A great site for parents to see reviews for movies, games, music, TV shows and lots of resources for keeping kids safe online is Common Sense Media.
